Google is announcing new features at Google I/O 2019 now, and recently it introduced new features to Google Search, Google Lens and Google Assistant. In similar lines, now, Google has announced new features in Android Q which includes Dark Theme, built-in 5G support, Smart Reply, Focus mode and more. Support for 5G and Foldable devices Android Q is now designed to support Foldable devices and becomes the first operating system to support native 5G. Google is providing developers tools to build for faster connectivity, enhance gaming and AR experience on Android Q. Live Caption feature The next feature announced by Google is for hearing impaired people. The company is introducing a new 'Live caption' feature where with a single tap, it will automatically caption media that’s playing audio on the user's phone. The captions will start to appear as soon as the speech is detected and this works without the need for Wi-Fi or mobile data. Smart Reply for notifications Google has introduced a new 'Smart Reply' feature which is now built into the notification system in Android. The new feature will allow any messaging app to suggest replies in notifications and also predicts the user's next action.
