OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro OxygenOS 10.0 Android 10 update starts rolling out

This comes before the launch of OnePlus 7T smartphone launch on September 26th, which will run OxygenOS 10.0 out of the box. OnePlus should also confirm the roll out details for older OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 5 series phones at the launch event next week. We have not received the update on our units yet, but OnePlus said that the OTA update will roll out in batches to limited  number of users today and will have a broader roll out in a few days after making sure there are no critical bugs. Xiaomi releases kernel source for Redmi Note 8 Pro [Update: Redmi Note 8 as well]

Now, the company has released Android Pie based Kernel codes for the Redmi Note 8 Pro (codename ‘begonia’). To recall, Redmi Note 8 Pro features a 6.53-inch Full HD+ TÜV Rheinland certifies LCD screen with a 91.4% screen-to-body ratio. It is the world’s first smartphone to be powered by the gaming-focused MediaTek Helio G90T SoC which is based on 12 nm and also features liquid cooling that will reduce the temperature of the phone by 4 to 6 degrees, as per the company. It is amongst the first devices in Xiaomi's vast portfolio to feature a quad rear camera setup and is also the first Xiaomi device to feature a 64-megapixel primary rear camera with Samsung GW1 Sensor. It comes after the launch of Mercury Harmony, Wave, and Boom multimedia speakers in India recently. Mercury HS 109 is a wired headphone with a cable length of 2.2 meters. This headphone is built with Neodymium to produce higher sensitivity and substantial sound output using less power, according to the company and they produce music at quite a high SPL level (sound pressure level) with the use of high magnetic flux from Neodymium. The company claims that the sound definition produced and base performance on the HS 109 is 8 times better than a ferrite magnet. It is a plug and play device, has a 40mm driver unit and a maximum power of 100mW. Pricing and Availability Mercury HS 109 is priced at Rs. 300 and there is no information on the availability of this product.
