OnePlus just sent out press invites for the launch of OnePlus One smartphone in India. The launch event is scheduled for December 2nd, Tuesday in Delhi, where the company will reveal the smartphone's pricing for India. It will be available for purchase starting from December 2nd, exclusively from Amazon.in, as expected. The OnePlus One was announced back in April and packs a 5.5-inch (1920 ×1080 pixels) Full HD LTPS display from JDI with Corning gorilla glass 3 protection, is powered by a 2.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974AC) processor and runs on CyanogenMod 11S based on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a 13-megapixel camera with Sony IMX214 stacked sensor, 6-element lens, f/2.0 aperture, dual LED flash, 4K video recording and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. It has 3GB of LP-DDR3 RAM, has 4G LTE connectivity and packs a 3100 mAh battery. OnePlus recently appointed Vikas Agarwal as the general manager for India. This will be the first region in which a localized service infrastructure is established, offering phone and walk-in support to users around the country, said the company.
