Micromax’s YU launched the YU YUREKA (AO5510) smartphone running Cyanogen OS last month for Rs. 8,999. We already brought you the hands on impressions from the launch event and unboxing and photo gallery recently. Now lets compare the phone with OnePlus One that was recently launched in India for Rs 21,999. YU Yureka has a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a Octa-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (4×1.5GHz + 4×1.0GHz) processor. It runs on Cyanogen OS 11 based on Android 4.4 (KitKat), which is upgradable to Android 5.0 (Lollipop). The OnePlus sports a a 5.5-inch (1920 ×1080 pixels) Full HD LTPS display from JDI with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, is powered by a 2.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974AC) processor and also runs on Cyanogen OS 11S based on Android 4.4 (KitKat). The Indian version will get Android 5.0 (Lollipop) update in the form of own OnePlus ROM, while the global variant will get usual Android 5.0 update from Cyanogen Inc.
