Rockchip's RK3288 computing platform has been one of the most anticipated so far, after the massive success of the RK3188. Athough unlike MediaTek, Rockchip's solutions generally find takers in tablet and TV box/stick manufacturers, there's still quite a lot of anticipation in the market. One of the first RK3288 powered TV sticks is the MK903. It comes with the usual HDMI port, a quad-core Cortex A17 CPU, 2GB RAM and 8GB of expandable storage. There's a USB 2.0 port and 2x micro USB ports (out of which 1 is for power) to take care of peripheral connectivity on the MK903. The on-board ARM Mali T764 GPU means that the device can do 4K video out, which is something to look out for.
