LG today launched range of AI ThinQ TVs. All these support AI assistant and some models are powered by second generation α (Alpha) 9 Gen 2 intelligent processor and deep learning technology offering improved AI-enabled picture, sound and brightness. These come in screen sizes of 32-inch to 77-inch and support Dolby Vision, HDR10 Pro, HLG Pro HDR and Dolby Atmos. These were introduced at CES 2019 earlier this year and the global roll out began in March. The OLED TVs will allow users to control and make use of the TV using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. This includes Alexa Routines, weather reports and over 20,000 Alexa Skills. You can also connect it to internal devices like soundbars and gaming consoles by speaking to Alexa. Google Assistant will allow users to select programs, open apps, control smart home devices and manage daily tasks. The LG Magic Remote lets you search for shows, change TV settings and switch to different inputs and more. The new LG NanoCell TVs will offer users support for AirPlay 2 and HomeKit.
