Google back in January merged Android Pay and Google Wallet to Google Pay recently, and the company is slowly making the shift as it is now rolling out Google Pay on the web for desktop and iOS, few months after it rolled out for Android. Google is rolling out the Pay on the web for iPhone, iPad, and desktop and users should start seeing the rebranding when you're trying to make a payment on a supported site, regardless of the browser that you are using. Google also says that the used cards are also accessible from all platforms and you don't have to add them separately. This move pushes Google a step closer to competing with Apple Pay in creating a unified payment. Another interesting feature of Google Pay is that it’ll automatically update your new card details in the Google Pay account in case you replace it with a new one as soon as you order a new card from your bank.
