Lenovo launched the S580 handset from its S series earlier this month in India for Rs. 8,999. We have already seen the unboxing of the latest budget handset phone from the company. Now let's take a look at the hardware of the phone in this photo gallery. The Lenovo S580 sports a 5-inch HD display and is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor. It runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) and is upgradable to Android 4.4 KitKat. It has a 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage with expansion slot. The phone has 2MP front facing camera at the front along with earpiece and Lenovo branding at the center. It has three capacitive buttons for menu, home and back. The volume rockers and power button are present on the right side. It is 8.1 mm thick and weighs 129 grams. The 3.5mm audio jack and micro USB port is present on the top.
