Apple launched the iPhone 6 Plus, the company’s first large screen smartphone in October. We have already seen the unboxing, photo gallery, benchmarks, battery test and review of the iPhone 6 Plus. Now let’s compare the iPhone 6 Plus with Lumia 1520 that was launched last year in October. The iPhone 6 Plus sports a 5.5 inch Retina HD display screen (1920 x 1080 pixels) and is powered by a new Apple A8 processor. The Lumia 1520 has a 6-inch (1920 × 1080 pixels) capacitive touch screen ClearBlack display with Gorilla Glass 2 protection. It is powered by 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. The iPhone 6 Plus runs on iOS 8 while the Lumia 1520 was launched running Windows Phone 8 and it got updated to Windows Phone 8.1 later. The former has a 1.2MP front facing FaceTime camera with 720p HD video recording. Lumia 1520 has a 1.2MP HD front-facing camera with wide-angle lens.
