Xiaomi announced the latest iteration of its own proprietary Android skin MIUI, dubbed MIUI 11 along with the Redmi Note 8 series at an event in India. MIUI 11 aims to bring a brand new optimized modern UI design focused on content viewing and has along with nifty additions designed specifically for India. The company has already completed MIUI 11 rollout for the first phase of devices and has already started testing MIUI Stable Beta for the second and third batch of devices. [gallery size="large" ids="298073,298074,298075"] Now, the company has started rolling out MIUI 11 Global Stable update to Redmi Note 4 users in India. The new update comes as MIUI 11.0.2.0.NCFMIXM and weighs around 458 MBs in size. Xiaomi has not updated the Android Security patch on the device and it still runs on almost a year old December 2018 patch. MIUI 11 brings new features such as New Minimalistic Design, Blur App Previews, Quick Replies, New Dynamic Sound Effects, Floating Calculator, Updated Mi File Manager, and more to the device, but we found the new file-sharing tech Mi Share missing on our unit.
