We will update the post once it resumes. Xiaomi announced the latest iteration of its own proprietary Android skin MIUI, dubbed MIUI 11 along with the Redmi Note 8 series at an event in India. MIUI 11 aims to bring a brand new optimized modern UI design focused on content viewing and has also introduced nifty additions specifically for India. The company has almost completed MIUI 11 rollout for the first phase of devices and has already started testing MIUI Stable Beta for the second batch of devices. Redmi 6 Pro gets MIUI 11.0.3.0.PDMMIXM update that weighs about 534MB in size while Redmi Y2 gets MIUI 11.0.1.0.PEFMIXM which weighs about 1.5GB in size.
