Amazon India today announced that they are launching Automated Messaging Assistant in Hindi for its customers and the company says that users who prefer Hindi can now get their queries resolved in the language of their preference, without even connecting with an associate. Amazon Assistant is a chatbot that helps users with their queries and it uses Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing capabilities for a seamless and friendly conversational experience for users. Users can converse with the chatbot right inside the messaging window and the bot transitions to a human assistant within the same window, whenever necessary. The chatbot will now be available in the Hindi language alongside English and users can choose the language according to their preference. The Hindi chat experience is available on the Amazon.in Android app for now and is expected to be available on other platforms soon. How to use Amazon Messaging Assistant in Hindi?
