Xiaomi has service centers across over 680 cities in India and expanding it further, today the company has launched its 2000th Authorized Service Center (ASC) in Delhi. The company is also the first industry brand to be certified under ISO 9001 and 14001 for after-sales quality management systems. Xiaomi has service centers across India and covers over 90% of the districts. According to Xiaomi, it has achieved Field Failure rate (FFR) at less than half of the industry average and the after-sales team recorded a Turn Around Time (TAT) with 96% of cases resolved within 4 hours and an average of 93% of cases witnessed their issues resolved in just 2 hours.
