Earlier this month OnePlus sent out invites for the launch of its flagship OnePlus 6T smartphone globally including India on October 30th, now the company has announced that the event has been rescheduled to September 29th. The venue is same - Pier 36, New York City and starts at 11AM EDT (8:30PM IST). India launch event takes place at KDJW Stadium, inside Indira Gandhi Sports Complex, New Delhi at the same time. The reason for moving the event a day early is due to the Apple iPad and Mac event scheduled for the same date and almost same time. The company said that it decided to do this after hours of discussions with press contacts and also felt that Apple would overshadow OnePlus. Those who owns a ticket have other plans on the day will be able to apply for a full refund for their ticket. If you’re still able to join, it will over any costs you might incur to change the plans, including cost that incur in changing the flight booking and hotel.
