Google's Pixel 3 XL's design, internals, and the hardware of it out in the open and the infamous notch is drawing criticism all over and now we know the reason behind it. According to a new report, there will be upgrades to the rear camera, upgraded Visual Core chip which was also a part of previous generation Pixel 2 series, and finally a front-facing dual-camera setup with new ‘Super Selfies’, and more. If you have been following the leaks closely, you are already aware of the fact that Google is sticking with single rear camera setup for the third straight year despite the industry's shift towards triple and dual rear cameras. The company appears to be introducing new dual front cameras that will be a part of the notch on the Pixel 3 XL. The primary goal behind this move is pretty obvious as the company intends to provide better selfies. Google is eager to “see how people like the improved Portrait Mode,” one source said.
