OnePlus today announced the launch of first of its kind doorstep repair service across Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune. The company said that it is the first smartphone brand globally to offer on-site doorstep repair service directly. As an extension to this initiative, OnePlus already provides free product pick-up and drop-off service for OnePlus users seeking to resolve any issues with their product. This service is available in over 8000 pin codes, covering 80% of India. The company said that it has been running a pilot for the service in the past six months before the launch. Moving forward, OnePlus aims to expand this initiative across all tier-1 cities and several tier-2 cities as well. Customers can apply for this service using the OnePlus Care App, where they can choose a convenient time slot for the engineer to visit. How to Book a Repair?
