Sony has started sending out invites for its MWC 2020 event on February 24th in Barcelona. This year’s invite just has an image that shows something like sky line. The invite doesn’t give us any other hints about the smartphone. Last year at the MWC the company introduce Xperia 1 flagship smartphone along with Xperia L3, Sony Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus. Based on a recent render, the company might introduce Xperia 5 Plus with a 6.6-inch OLED display, quad rear cameras including a time-of-flight (ToF) sensor, 8MP front camera, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm jack and dual front-firing speakers. It is also expected to introduce a mid-range smartphone powered by Snapdragon 765. The Sony Xperia MWC 2020 event on February 24th, 2019 takes place at Hall 3, Gran Via, Barcelona and starts at 8:15 AM CET (12:45 PM IST). As usual, it will offer live stream on YouTube. Source
