Recently, RootMetrics research took place on the EE network in early June in London. This research was conducted on four devices available on 5G -- OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, LG V50 5G, and OPPO Reno 5G. For the uninitiated, RootMetrics is a telecommunication company that specialises in providing unbiased mobile network performance information and mapping. This platform tests mobile networks to understand how consumers experience their mobile phone service in real-world situations. Notably, the company tests mobile networks at various locations and hours of the day and night, both indoors and outdoors, and while driving. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G achieved peak speed! The stationary testing for baseline took place in St.Paul’s, while areas like City of London, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster and South Bank and Covent Garden and Soho were also included.
