Samsung announced its foldable smartphone Galaxy Fold in February this year and the company started the pre-orders of the smartphone in the US on April 15th. It received a great response and Samsung closed the pre-orders for now. Today, new reports have emerged suggesting that Samsung is all set to bring the Galaxy Fold smartphone in India next month. According to new reports, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Fold smartphone in the second half of May alongside the Galaxy A80 smartphone. There is no information on the launch date and the price for India. In fact, Samsung is yet to decide upon the launch date. At the launch of Galaxy Fold, DJ Koh, President, and CEO of Samsung confirmed that Samsung Galaxy Fold will launch in India and the launch of Samsung Galaxy A80 in India in was recently confirmed by Samsung India CMO and SVP, Ranjivjit Singh. To recall, Samsung Galaxy Fold sports a 7.3-inch QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED 4.2:3 aspect ratio Infinity Flex Display, which folds into a compact device with a 4.6-inch HD+ Super AMOLED 21:9 aspect ratio cover display.
