Honeywell, the company known for its connected building technology, today announced its entry into the professional audio industry with a range of speakers in the Honeywell ProSound category. Honeywell has launched three speakers in the ProSound range namely ProZeta, ProAlpha, and ProZoe. The Alpha series offers high definition sound for touring and comes with a built-in DSP for High Definition sound. It also has support for multiple presets for different applications. The Alpha series speakers from Honeywell come with an active subwoofer along with a convention fan cooling. It has a power rating of 2000-4000W, 40Hz to 120Hz frequency response rate and maximum SPL value of 134dB. The Zeta Series speakers are powered by a DSP processor and come with Active line array technology and Bi-amplified enclosure. It has features like ground life support, the two-way active vent, and maximum SPL value of 125dB. With regards to the presets, it has three digital presets namely FLAT, MUSIC and USER. These speakers are suited for DJs and traveling musicians. Finally, the Zoe Series speakers from Honeywell are suited for large auditoriums and come with Full Range active array element, in-built passive cooling fan and a DSP module with RJ45 jack.
