Sony Mobile today announced price cuts for its Xperia XZs, Xperia L2 and Xperia R1 smartphones in India. The Xperia XZs which was launched in April last year for Rs. 49990, is now available for Rs. 31,990, after a second price cut of Rs. 10,000 from the price of Rs. 41,990. The Xperia L2 which was launched back in February this year at Rs. 19990 is now available for Rs. 15,990 after the price cut, and the  Xperia R1 which was launched at Rs. 12990 last October is now available for Rs. 10,990 after the price cut. These phones will be available at new rates from Sony Centers, Amazon, Flipkart and major electronic stores across India. Looks like the company is clearing the stocks of their old smartphones that it has not sold. Sony Xperia XZ Premium, XA1 Ultra and XA1 Plus received a price cut earlier this year. The company is yet to launch its flagship Xperia XZ2 smartphone in India which was introduced at the MWC earlier this year.
