HMD Global has finally launched the Nokia 4.2 in India today after it was introduced at the MWC in February. We already brought you the hands-on and photo gallery from the MWC, here we have the first impressions. Box Contents Nokia 4.2 smartphone in Black color 2-pin charger (5V-1A) Micro USB Cable Earphones SIM Ejector tool User manual and warranty information The Nokia 4.2 comes with a 5.71-inch (720 x 1520 pixels) HD+ a-Si TFT LCD screen with 19:9 aspect ratio, about 77% screen-to-body ratio and has a waterdrop notch, smaller that the one of the Nokia 5.1 Plus. The screen is bright and the sunlight legibility is good as well. The notch houses an 8-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture and 1.12µm pixel size that can also be used for face unlock. It is powered by Snapdragon 439 Mobile Platform with Adreno 505 GPU. This uses eight Cortex A53 cores with four performance cores clocked at 1.95GHz and other four efficiency cores clocked at 1.45GHz. The performance is better than the Snapdragon 430 and the 435. Since it uses 12nm fabrication technology, it is more power efficient than 14nm Snapdragon 430 and 435 SoCs.
