Averting Crises no longer remove Despair Tokens
The tags on some Crises were changed to add more Rest only crises
Gather Medicine is now in the Hospital
Gather Radios now requires only one die result
Learn Farming requires only 2 die results
Fix Power Lines Countdown is 2
