YouTube has updated Android app with a couple of features and minor tweaks. The latest update bumps the app to version 10.10 and brings an important update related to 4K videos. The YouTube app for Android is getting the ability to search for videos with 4K resolution. With the latest update, users can search for the 4K videos using filters. An icon has been added in the top right-hand corner of the app that will bring up the video filter when tapped. Different types of video filters including HD, 3D, Closed Captions, Creative Commons, and Live video types are seen in the list along with the 4K option. The latest update is not live for all the users yet although Android Police has provided an APK for the update.
