Samsung announced its latest premium smartphone, the Galaxy Alpha a couple of days ago. The company did mention that the device would first go on sale in Russia followed by 150 other markets. The South Korean market giant has now announced that the Galaxy Alpha will be available for pre-ordering in the United Kingdom starting August 28. So, interested consumers can either pick the smartphone from the Samsung UK store or from the selected retail partners. Samsung Galaxy Alpha, which according to the company is the ‘next evolution’ of smartphone design, will be available in the UK on September 10 from Samsung stores, while retailers are expected to get the stocks by September 12. If you are wondering what the Galaxy Alpha is all about, then for starters, the latest devices features a new design with a metal frame running on the sides of the smartphone. It sports a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. Under the hood, lies an Exynos chipset with octa-core CPU along with 2GB of RAM.
