Panasonic introduces Arbo Hub AI-powered Hub to access multiple apps and services

Arbo Hub observes and adapts to the users specific needs, interests and provides the services under one single platform. Arbo Hub learns user preferences and makes recommendations based on areas of interest this makes the user experience smarter and clutter free. User will be shown information, data, content, games and shows which are relevant to them. It partnered with various apps like Accuweather, NewsPoint. Futhermore, Arbo Hub app's lets you compare fares between app service like Ola and Uber. Panasonic mentioned that Arbo Hub will be rolled out to the users of Eluga ray 700 through an over the air update. The upcoming Panasonic P85 NXT and Eluga Ray 710 will also come with Arbo Hub. SwiftKey for Android gets exclusive Halo Sticker pack and Skype emoticons

Google Lens in Assistant and Photos can now detect cat and dog breeds

<img alt="" src="http://images.fonearena.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Google-Lens-Preview.png" />  Google made an announcement that the Lens in both Assistant and Photos would get new features like improved support for recognizing animals and this ability to detect cat and dog breeds is now rolling out to users. Earlier Google was only able to generically reply with “looks like a cat.”  Back in February, Google announced that Lens would be picking up “improved support for recognizing common animals and plants, like different dog breeds and flowers” in “the coming weeks,” and it now appears to be rolling to users. This feature is available for both Android and iOS. If Lens wasn't able to detect or find a match, it will offer up a carousel of possible results, like showing “I think one of these breeds is a match.” Selecting one will load the appropriate card with more details. This feature is also found in action through the Google Assistant on select flagship devices. Google Photos this week will also begin creating automatic photo books for cats and dogs. Revamped Gmail for Web with Smart Replies, Snooze, and more surfaces

Today we are having the first look at the updated Gmail and how it looks once it is rolled out. The new design is said to bring it closer to the company’s tweaks for Gmail on mobile devices. The new version of Gmail includes some subtle elements of Google’s Material Design and a number of new features that were originally introduced in Google's Inbox. Google is implementing the smart replies for Gmail web much like the Gmail for mobile which provides suggestions to reply to emails quickly. It is also bringing the new snooze feature that lets you temporarily remove emails from your inbox. Snooze and Smart Reply are both currently part of Google’s Inbox app for Gmail, and now both features are finally making their way to Gmail for the web. The new Gmail brings three different layouts to choose from; default interface will show you what kind of attachment is included in an email, including things like images, slides, documents or spreadsheets, right from your inbox.
