Xiaomi launched the Redmi 6A smartphone in India earlier this month running MIUI 9.5 based on Android 8.1 (Oreo) update. After the Redmi Y2, Redmi Note 5 Pro, Mi 5 and Redmi Note 5, the Redmi 6A users have received the stable MIUI 10 OTA update today. The new update comes as MIUI 10.0.1.0.OCBMIFH and is 260MB in size. This update also brings September security patch along with major changes like Full-screen gestures, Redesigned Notification Panel, Redesigned Volume Sliders, Improved multitasking management, natural sound system, and a lot more, for more details on MIUI 10 refer to this post.
