In the education space, the Chromebook is easily the most dominant type of laptop device for teachers and students. HP has now launched 4 new models in the budget Chromebook market with sizes ranging from 11 inches to 14 inches, with prices starting under $300 (approx. Rs. 21362). Beginning at 11-inch models, HP released the 11 G8 EE and 11A G8 EE, with spill-resistant keyboards and MIL-STD 810G standard testing. Both also come with a HD IPS touchscreen option and storage options between 16GB and 64GB. The main difference between the two products comes down to the processor where the 11A has a dual-core AMD APU (the 1.8 GHz A6-9220C or 1.6 GHzA6-9120C), while the 11 has dual- and quad-core Intel options (N4000, N4020, N4100, N4120). The 2-in-1 HP Chromebook 11 x360 features a 360 hinge to rotate the screen completely, Intel Chipsets and even comes with an optional active Wacom EMR pen/digitizer. HP has also added an extra "world-facing" camera and the laptop will only come with IPS options. And finally, going a little up the budget, HP has announced the HP Chromebook 14 G6, the successor to the Chromebook G5.
