Mobcrush is a new app for live streaming mobile games, watching tournaments and events, and making friends with other mobile gamers; all from your phone.

Just so you know: You must have an Android 5.0+ device to stream from your phone. If not, you can still watch and chat, but sadly, Android does not support broadcasting on versions older than 5.0.
